With an extensive background working with individuals of all abilities, Kaylin always knew she wanted to study and enrich the human experience from a young age. She earned a BS degree in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Social and Behavioral Sciences Methodology from the University of Kansas in 2020.

After graduation, she worked as a psychometrist for high-accountability professionals, an experience that deepened her interest in human behavior. Initially considering a graduate degree in clinical psychology, she decided to dive into Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas, where she found love for ABA and discovered her true passion for working with young children in early intervention. She also had an opportunity to work 1:1 with young adults on the spectrum in vocational rehabilitation which provided invaluable insight into the neurodivergent community.

Her approach focuses on building positive, meaningful relationships and teaching skills that promote self- determination and well-being in a playful, loving, safe, and imaginative environment.

While not at work, you can find Kaylin climbing a tree, painting, playing with her cats, cooking, or spending time with friends!
