Laili received her BS from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2015, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Parent Education. She fell into the behavior therapy world by chance four years ago after deciding to go back to work after being a stay-at-home mom and fell in love with ABA. In 2021, Laili went back to school to pursue her MA in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, and graduated in December 2022. She received her BCBA credential in 2023.

Her goal is to bring joy to the learning process by cultivating an atmosphere of respect, compassion, creativity, and imagination! She works from a client-centered philosophy, meeting the individual where they are and using their strengths to teach. She believes learning should be fun and inspiring – never boring! She has experience working with children ages 2-16 in clinic, home and community settings.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, gardening, crafting/DIY projects and baking.
