Sophie Crawford was born and raised in Erie, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a bachelors in Journalism and Psychology.

During the summer of her junior year in college, she interned for an online publication called “The Mindful Observer,” where she provided health-related news to the public. She also worked as a camp counselor at the YMCA where she found her passion working with kids. 

With the realization of this newfound passion, she decided to shift her focus from journalism to working with kids. That’s when she came across ABA and Wild Sun. She hopes to obtain a master’s degree in child psychology now that she has her bachelors degree. 

In her free time she loves to spend time with her puppy, Daisy, hike the flatirons, see the latest movies at the movie theatre with her friends, and paddle board at the Boulder Reservoir.
