Ataya was born in Utah and has lived in Colorado since kindergarten. She has completed two years of study at Colorado State University and is currently finishing her degree online, majoring in Human Development and Family Studies.

Throughout her academic career, Ataya has gained valuable experience working with individuals with special needs through various programs, most recently participating in the Tigers Together program at Erie High School.

She is excited to bring her patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to support the students and families of Wild Sun.

In her free time, Ataya enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, being with family, and caring for her two French Bulldogs.
